CCA (Copper Clad Aluminum) Tube is one kind of new tube which is developed based on ACC tube, the production process of CCA is alike ACC tube. The copper-aluminum interface is in form of metal bonding between Cu and Al atoms. This tube has an outer layer of antirust 3003 aluminum and inner layer of oxygen-free copper, widely applied insulated connection pipe, tubing, refrigeration industry,vaporize tube of wate heater, inner conductor of RF coaxial cable and so on. Comparing with copper tube in same specificating, this tube can save more than 40% purchase cost for customers and here is not so many difference in production process between copper tube and CCA tube.
